Paper Angel

Synopsis

Clara, an elderly woman, wanders alone among piles of paper piled up on the outskirts of the city. She scours the rubbish dump and selects small scraps that she then uses to give life to her dreams. Every night Clara cuts out hundreds of silhouettes with her scissors to mitigate her loneliness. One day, on one of her walks, she notices an angel falling, the little creature is made of paper and has a broken wing. The woman decides to look after the creature until it heals and can fly again. Thus, between care and fantasies, a love grows that will change their lives forever….
